I too would be absolutely livid!We see it all the time in the spaces alongside the High Street right in front of our office windows.. People reverse until they touch, set a car alarm off and still get out of the car as if nothing happened and walk off to the shops! We pop the car details on the windscreen of the first parked one as I would like to think someone would do for me.[/COLOR]
