From memory, a socket that takes your wheel nuts off and then a 14mm socket to undo the slider bolts. 17mm open ended spanner to hold the sliders still when you put the bolts back in, a torque wrench and the appropriate torque values for the slider bolts and the wheel nuts. A G-clamp to push the pistons back in. Some cable ties to hold the caliper up out of the way while you do the pads so you don't stress the brake line. Some copper grease for the backs of the pads and brake cleaner to clean everything up afterwards. Think that's it!

Edit: Oh and some gloves so that you don't end up covered in brake dust!

If you're changing the discs at the same time, give your hubs a really good clean to get every speck of rust off them then copper grease them to ensure the rust doesn't return.
This'll make your brake discs less prone to vibration and runout....and it'll keep your hubs nice and shiny, but that's not so important

When pushing your pistons back it is well worth fitting a line lock and opening the bleed nipple to avoid contamination flowing back up the break line.
