yeah will do dimis thanks for the support.,but ill be buggered if i take the cradle out for some pics, ill leave it in.
just sealed up the intake and outlet on the charger, will fit in the morn and see what sound it makes, hope the bearings ain't shagged or i shall cry......
i think the next prob will be setting the spring on the bov,as im not running a bypass.so that it kicks in at around 3000rpm..that should do it me thinks.
got to do the boost guage as well....will it never end.lol

sounds like youve made progress mate,

i'd suggest getting a SSQV over a normal BOV mate, works off inlet pressure rather than spring pressure, better for what you want

Have you got a part number of the 138mm pulley you've currently got for your system?
I'm interested in getting my grubby mitts on one for my own setup.

Sorry to drag up an old thread, but I'm hoping a couple of you guys who are subscribed to it can answer my questions Smile

1. Has anyone run the 138mm pulley for a while and can confirm that it works and is safe?

2. Will it line up with the supercharger okay if I'm using an original TTE cradle?

3. Does anyone know the PCD of the holes on the IS200 water pump that need drilling into the 138mm pulley?

Could you not take off the little pully cover to get the pcd?

A few people in Europe have run the bigger pulley and yes it lines up.

I'd need to get the bolts out to get an accurate measurement though wouldn't I? And I don't want to do that until I actually come to fitting it.

And is it that exact pulley (the mercedes one posted above) that they used?
