Like everyone else has said, take them to the cleaners. That looks a lot worse than another car being reversed off a ramp bumping into it should have done...

reco2k Make sure that you also name and shame the garage on every forum and public place possible. Make sure that they never get the chance to do it to another car again
I'd see what they say at the garage 1st.
If they admit the mistake (can't really deny it ) then it's not as bad.
If they get wind of being named an shamed then they may just say **** you, sort it yourself.
