Advice on new video camera?
High resolution is a must, I guess 1080p is pretty standard now?
Capability to shoot high frame rate at full 1080p, so maybe 120fps as that give nice smooth slo-mo footage?
Not really sure what else to look for?

29-12-2018, 01:59 PM #3I'd rather just put the extra money towards a dedicated video camera as I already have a DSLR. My dads bridge camera can do HD video, but the resolutions drops rapidly as the framerate increases.

Rabster if you find a camera you like let me know the product ill see if i can get a better deal for you from my suppliers
After some more thought on this, I'm actually leaning towards Ollie's suggestion of the Canon EOS 550D, it would mean I have to completely sell up my existing kit as nothing is interchangeable. But it means I'll only have to carry one camera around with me. So if you could have a look at one of those for me (body only for now, as I haven't decided what lenses I want yet) that would be great

30-12-2018, 05:12 AM #7Done a bit more research and it seems the best value is a bundle which contains the above mentioned camera, a 18-55mm lens and a 55-250mm lens. So thats probably what i'd go for, so price me up Rabs
