sprinter2012 Feel free to PM me if you want to discuss this further Moley as I'd hate for a long-standing member to feel put out by this.

I dont need to discuss this with a pm sprinter , I've stated my point of view , but thanks for the offer :thumbup1:

Dark Samurai Well we also put in a request to put in my dad's gt-four, and were told it was "a good idea" but then it was never put in, but it's no fuss, i'm not making a big fuss...

Oli if I feel I needed to make a big fuss as you call it , then thats up to me and I dont need your approval to do so !

Moley Just got home from offshore today and opened my one.

I must say I feel a bit mislead , I was told my car was going to be in it ( cars of the month !!!! ) and now I've looked its not . I even told a family member that my car was in it , so thats why I bought 2 . Now I,ve got to give them a calender with just random cars in it. I also had another 8 people wanting one

Is there a reason for this and could you not have said before , or did you just want to make me look stupid ???

As you can tell I'm not very impressed how this has turned out !!!

Oh come on mate... I understand the frustration Moley, as I really wanted my car in it - but it's not and I had a hand in the production! As has been said there were just too many IS200's and it's a multi marque forum.

Why would you think people set out to make you look stupid? Nobody has a problem with you on here, and the decision certainly wasn't personal.

After telling lots of friends and family about my car going in and then it's not , thats how it made me look. But it's done now so no more needs to be said. But as I've already said there was going to be a total of ten that was going to be wanted by me , friends and family .

Just wanted to say thanks to Moley for sending me one of his unwanted calenders. It was a very kind gesture and I am sure I will repay it very shortly Wink:wink:

Please don't take this the wrong way, but some constructive criticism.

I won't get into the debate about the method used to pick the cars but I would just say.....
The print quality and paper thickness is good, however to be a wall calender its too small. I was expecting it to be a A3 sized calender so the size is disappointing. Maybe it would be worth offering these free when a member renews?

Every year I get sent an awesome A3 Calender from the MLR (Evo Owners Club) that is free as part of my club membership as well as loads of other goodies. Personally if I had paid £12 for it then I would have been disappointed from a value for money perspective.

Nice effort however and I am sure next years will be even better.:thumbup1:

I think we have read enough criticism of any sort, lots of people volunteered help and didn't or couldn't follow through .. This ended up in sprinter and speedfreek working into the early hours of many nights ... And I think it's time they had some credit !

I have A3 printing facilities - maybe next time I could do the printing, we could do a test run at some point? All I need is the correct paper supplied and the file for printing.

As with everything some people will not like a finished article or claim it could be better and that this could have been done that could have been done

This was the clubs 1st calendar and was pushed through very quickly there was a lack off support issued in the way of pictures which resulted in the production stage taking longer than planned

The guys worked very hard to get this done and so far the majority are happy with it.

The calendar was produced to show case the variety of cars and help identify what shows the club will be attending. By buying a calendar you are supporting the club, the club which each and every member wants to be part off.

Next years calendar will be produced earlier and will be done differently

Now let's thank the guys for all the hard work they put in instead of having a pop at them and the club.

So well done speedfreak and sprinter the calendars are a credit to you both and look forward to seeing more work from you guys in the very near future
