IS200 Motorised Sat Nav Unit
After yet another change of direction, I have decided to sell the sat nav unit I have.
I have started to skin the top lid in carbon, it still needs a bit of work to finish it off but is getting there for sure. Just needs a lot of sanding, a few more layers of resin to flatten it off and the front badge refitting.
Not sure if the screen works or not. It hasn't worked for me and the guy I bought it off doesn't know if it does or not - so I'm going to presume it doesn't work. Ideal for a screen replacement really. The motor works perfectly however, as do the buttons.
I would like £100 delivered for this, I'm sure you will agree this is a superb price.
Here's a pic as it looks now during a test fit - the recess on the front is where the badge goes:

01-02-2019, 02:53 PM #2And if anyone wants this but doesn't want to mess about with resin etc. I have some resin left over from doing my bumper so feel free to organise with Speedfreek to get it posted to me, I'll slap on some more resin and smooth it over and then post it back out to the buyer.

aaronabbott Does the carbon fibre bit come off?
The carbon won't come off the plastic as it's bonded with resin. But the whole top cover will come off with the carbon still attached.

To skin the top part, you remove it from the unit - it is therefore interchangeable, leaving the rest of the unit completely fine.
