Does anyone run 225's on the rear of their IS200? If so is there much difference between them and runnin 215's?

Hi got 18 inch aeros on mine so run 225's all round,handles better although ride is slighty harder.

is it a bad thing to run 225's at the back and 215's at the front? im currently running 215's all around but I need 2 new tyres, so wondering wether this would be a good idea handling wise

On my standard is200 wheels, i was running 235/45/17 on the rear and 225/45/17 on the front, felt fine on handling so don't think you'll notice much if any difference with the 225's fitted?

Thats cool, I seem to see more 225 bridgestone tryes cheaper than the 215's, so I think i'll go with that, did you notice better cornering with the bigger tyres, or did you always have the 225 and 235's? Thanks for the info

225 or 235 should be fine. Not sure if you would feel the benefits or not.

Didn't really notice any difference mate, just had a bit more grip on the rear in the dry, and not much difference to the normal size tyres in the wet?

Didn't really notice any difference mate, just had a bit more grip on the rear in the dry, and not much difference to the normal size tyres in the wet?
