I am pleased to announce that Heather has kindly agreed to do the catering for JAE 2012.

This means all the food will be cooked for you, fuel for the BBQ, generator etc all provided.

All you have to do is help eat it all. This will be readily available all through the weekend.

So here is the proposed JAE menu:

Friday Lunch - Burgers, sausages BBQ
Friday Evening - Chicken wings, pasta salad, Danish pastries
Sat Morning - Bacon, Eggs, Beans (Oli banned from beans)
Sat Lunch (well this will be running throughout the day) Burgers, Bacon, sausages BBQ
Sat Evening - Chicken Tikka Masala, naan bread, pork ribs, potato salad,Danish pastries, CAKE.
Sun Morning - Bacon, Eggs, Beans Burgers - whatever else is left to cook!!!

She reserves the right to change/modify the menu but you get the general idea:thumbup:

2 people voted for vegetarian - please let me know asap what you want and we will ensure you are catered for.

Now the cost........................ well we are on target for £10 each for EVERYTHING, there may be a few surprises thrown in once we have the essentials:thumbup1:. All in all this is unbeatable value, food at JAE is expensive, especially for a whole weekend.

Please pay the club @ the usual paypal address - [email protected]
Please state your user name so we know how many people to cater for.

Dead line to pay is 2 weeks BEFORE JAE Friday 24th August.

The issue with drums and legs is the lack of adequate cooling facilities at JAE, as they can't be kept at a safe temperature - unless we find good pre-cooked ones at a sensible price. Leave it with us and lets see what we can find - I know what you mean.
