I bought the camera 3 years ago to photograph my sisters wedding, and have since used it at a couple of car shows, but thats about it.
It's the standard D40 model with the 18-55mm lens as standard. Has the standard battery, charger and neck strap with it. All in good condition, no scratches or scuffs that I'm aware of. Battery holds a charge for many hours still. Will come with a 1 Gb SD card iirc and a camera bag.

As you can see there is a small mark/scratch to the shutter button and the Nikon on the lens cover is a little worn from being in my pocket while taking photos. The rest of the body and lens are free from scratches and marks.
It has a 1GB SD card included, which holds a reasonable amount of pictures in jpeg format.
