I know you said it came with everything to fit with, but just so I know - it's the armrest, the metal bracket thing and bolts, the plastic cubby hole and surround (to fit in place of the full size one already in my console), yes? Does it have the little magnet blanking bit too?
Champion - been something I've wanted to do to it since day one (I've got so used to the armrest in my Transit, I just can't live without it!) but it's finding one I can afford! I can't really afford this, but hey ho, I'll just have to be lighter with my right foot for a month to make up some fuel savings!
