This project maybe of interest. Still a long way to go on it. Been on it for 4 or 5 years now, other projects on the go at the same time, all using the Lexus V8.

Any reason you picked the ST185, other than aesthetics?

Should be sweet when it's done, would it have been possible to do a 4wd v8 conversion in this? I'm sure I've heard about a few in the states. Not sure if it was the ST185 though.

I know how much room there is on the supra's, I did the UZ conversion into the mk4 when I was the development engineer at thor along with designing the trans adapters etc. I had a mk3 supra that I also converted during my time there.

Didn't thor have an old black V8 MKIV as the demo car? What ever happened to that? I'd love to get my hands on it and bolt a few turbos on.
Seriously looking forward to the 185 being finished!

I'm back at uni right now though, so the money I had saved for engine conversions has just paid for my course fees
