Oli opened a case through ebay and within a week or two paypal actually credited his account for the said amount, no quibbles at all

If you went through paypal then ur covered mate, if the item wasn't as described, broken, not sent
Make sure u do what its says but pretty much u will get ur money back

05-09-2019, 02:33 PM #8As the Item was cheap I thought I'd put a bid in.(I didn't want it, but would keep it as spare). but I won. The seller came with all sorts of excuses, until he stopped communicating. I dont want to name him yet, as I am not sure if I am allowed to do so. I have opened a dispute with ebay hoping I'll get my money refunded. He is also on FB.
If you have opened a dispute and have comunicated with the seller and he stopped replying then its his fault mate so eBay should side with you and if he doesnt send the item then a refund will be sent and a black mark against him
