Ok, these days I am preparing to install the water inejction kit. I am thinking various options if I should use the Water injection kit tank and fit it in the trunk or use the window screen bottle instead. If I go for the first option I am thinking to use a bigger tank, but i need a tank level switch which is optional, a solenoind and a longer water line which will pass through the cabin. If I go for the second option and use the window screen bottel I must find a good place to place the pump and must be lower than the bottle. Also the IS200 window screen bottle does not have a level switch and indication on the cluster. I know the IS300 has a level switch so I was thinking to find one and fit it in my window screen bottle, but I do not know if there is an indication light on the cluster or if there is any other spare light indication i could use for this circumstance. Does anyone know or has any more information to share with me?

I took the spare TTE inlet pipe that mounts on the throtle body at work to drill the hole and weld the ring on which the water injector will be fitted but i just realised that I have not noted where I should do the hole. I left the car today at home so the work will be postponed for tomorrow.

Well today I did some work on the TTE inlet pipe. The aluminium ring which holds the water injector was welded on the pipe. Initially a hole was drilled at the diameter of the water nozzle. I chose this position because I have the TTE air box and this was the best place to fit the nozzle. Also as you see from the pictures I took it is near as possible to the throttle.

Lately I have been reading a lot about the water/methanol system and I found out that many many have installed nozzles on the inlet of the roots supercharger. Increasing the boost of the Eaton supercharger the heat of the compressed air also increases so water/methanol injection kit at the supercharger inlet is a very good method to cool down the compressed air. So I will be fitting two nozzles. One on the 175cc nozzle at the supercharger inlet to cool the air and one a 60cc nozzle just before the throttle. I am not using a bigger nozzle because I will over quench the air which is no good.

Nice mate! Got any more info on selecting sizes for the WI? I'm thinking of per compressor injection as well.

Sparkystav Nice mate! Got any more info on selecting sizes for the WI? I'm thinking of per compressor injection as well.

according to the installation manual of the snow performance 175ml nozzle is used for 250 to 350whp. From what I have read in the web the best set up is trial and error. Also big nozzles must not be fitted because there is the possiblity to over quench the air. Also if nozzles are fitted at the supercharger inlet large amount of water/methanol is needed to decrease the compressed air temperature and this is the reason of fitting a bigger nozzle in compare to the nozzle that is fitted near the throttle.

Just been reading up on the Snow performance website and injection before the turbo is highly not recommended lol. Don't think I'll be doing that then.

Yes mate, injection is favorable only for root type (i.e Eaton) supercharger applications
