Jonholloway You still running stock turbo ? Is it Ko4 they have ?Yes mate, still on the stock Ko4 turbo. Did look into going BT, something like at GT 3071R but tbh they don't develop that much more power, plus the majority of it is unusable (fwd) and you introduce way too much lag for my liking for day to day road driving. The Ko4 is big enough to not feel asthmatic but still small enough to not be laggy!
You thinking of going BT on the 3? What do you have in mind?

17-11-2019, 12:01 AM #32No plans(yet) been looking at what's available for if/when mine goes pop , prob go down the hybrid route , as you say it becomes unusable going BT , just good at shredding tyres rite up to 4th gear , okay on the Mways but and that's about it

Nice juicy VW Racing 6 Pots with 352mm x 32mm 2 piece discs! Can't wait to get them fitted, just looking out for some Audi S3 312mm rears now and I'll be happy!:tongue_smilie:

The standard brakes are 345mm so they're big and ace anyway. Day to day they're brilliant but after a few 100% committed laps on track they started to fade. So much so that I had to use an escape lane on a chicane and crapped myself!:ohmy:These new 6 Pots are designed specifically for my Master cylinder and so give a brilliant pedal feel! Can't wait to try them on track next year.
