19-11-2019, 10:13 AM #11I do apologise for my language in the previous post, as you can see I've had a bad week. Going to have to bite the bullit and buy a new charger from Mercedes. The company that sent the wrong one are trying to get out of giving me a refund by saying that they sent another one out to me. Even tho when I asked for a tracking number they wouldn't give it to me, this was on Thursday. Now there saying that courier has it. I give up .
Best of luck on finding one I will also have a hunt although Dimis is better at tracking down the eatons....
Hi dan don't buy a new one mate it will cost a small fortune if you can hold on I'd wait take the company's word for now, christmass shipping can cause delays with packages.

25-11-2019, 12:18 PM #13Managed to get my hands on another charger,the company that said they had sent one out ,were just telling me what I wanted to hear. They never even had one.So,thanks for everyone's help on this, it's appreciated.
