Jonholloway Been chatting to a lad I know with a k1 running stage 2 @315 reckons after a decat fluel pump he'll be seeing 350-370 do you think that's possible ?
Also what boost you running ?
Hey mate. The most restrictive parts of the TFSI engine are the air box and exhaust down pipe. As long as he has a decent CAI and 3inch down pipe then with the addition of an Uprated HighPressureFuelPump and matching remap then he'll definitely be making in the region of 350-380 bhp (dyno lottery dependant!) Once he's running these kind of powers (torque will be up around 370-420 ft/lb) then it won't be long before he'll need to start looking into an Uprated clutch (if he hasn't already!) I broke 2 dual mass flywheels before having to go Single mass!Confusedhock:

The difference between stage 1 & 2 is pretty minimal but stage 2 to stage 2+ is huge as the mid range power is then rediculous!

When you ask what boost I'm running, do you want to know the actual psi values etc or the settings on my remap? If its the actual psi values then I haven't a clue as don't have a boost gauge! Sorry buddy and hope this info helps your mate!?

No dramas at all buddy!Smile I'm running a REVO stage 2+ remap which is adjustable via my serial port. During the winter I run the following settings Boost 7 Timing 5 Fuelling 5. During the summer I run the same but Boost is on 9 (maximum). If I'm tracking it the I drop the boost back to 7 for longevity! Hope this helps mate!?Smile

I got alarmed by my dog going mental in the back garden the other day so I went outside to see him barking at this.....

Stupid dog, he had a ball whilst I unwrapped it and then he played with the bubble wrap for about an hour.Smile

Didn't have much time for fitting so didn't even jack the car up. Just drove it up onto a kerb, attached it with some 'black nasty' then drilled and fitted it!

I'm really happy with how the splitter looks, I've even managed to get around everywhere without having any clearance issues!

Went into town yesterday and met up with a mate with a lovely Ed30 GTI. I had recently collected some alloys for him when i was down south and it was time to get them on his car. Once they were fitted I drove off with some lovely new 19" OZ Ultralagerra's in Crystal Titanium. Not going to fit them to the car until the weather is better as just want to use them for Summer wheels.

Fastest Ed30 in town...........

New rims, a little dirty as taken straight off the car but still looking good!Big Grin

Was thinking about getting them finished in Anthracite or gloss black but I actually think the Crystal Titanium will look good now!Big Grin

LexusPat popped over to check these out earlier and to ***** a brew, was good chatting to you matey!
