In all honesty that sounds like a lot of money and effort to spend on a car with a destroyed drive train and an unloved engine, will it actually be able to take 350hp?
I'll give you the same advice I'd give anyone else attempting a similar project, for the love of god make sure you find a way to mount the supercharger BEFORE you spend any money on anything else.
That's why I'm replacing everything with GTE bits, if I need to buy stuff anyway I might as well improve it. I've located a spare low mileage 1g-fe with a gearbox for a very small amount of money, so I'm planning on harvesting good bits, adding what I need from the GTE and then giving it a good service. It shouldn't cost that much money, everything is coming from second hand engines aside from the timing belt etc.
I know the supercharger fits because it's been done before, with decent results. As I've managed to pick one up for an insanely small amount of money I could probably get everything done for little more than the TTE compressor kit price.

You dont need a crank, same part as the fe anyway.
Get an air intercooler, easy to get and will be a lot cheaper.
Injectors, I have some gte ones, not sure what cc they are though.
Clutch, standard Toyota. If it ain't broke......though get a solid flywheel.
As for piggyback, with decent knock protection will be pricey, if you want to keep the dash etc, best getting an emanage ultimate as a piggyback and a decent mapper to avoid knock.
For peace of mind get a visual knock detector for daily feedback if you want.
Cooling. Alloy rad will be no benefit, stick with standard. Bu an oil cooler will be a safe upgrade.
Plugs, no need for iridium. From personal experience they offer no benefit. go for a grade 7.
Cooling:
I have no idea what I need in terms of oil coolers etc, would it be worth upgrading to an aluminium radiator for the engine coolant?
Exhaust is your choice, but if you look at stix thread, he has good info on both exhaust and fuelling.
cool cheers. I'm pretty dead set on the air to water intercooler, I've found a few in Australia that are about £60 + postage for the whole unit, could couple this to a normal water radiator and an electric pump for a fairly small amount of money. It literally bolts on as a new rocker cover to the 1gfe so it should be an extremely simple solution, no long metal pipes and all I need to do is mount a second rad. This also means I can take the air feed directly from the supercharger to the intercooler in the space of 6". On top of that, I just want something a bit different and I really want to see what kind of temps the air to water gets. It also has the advantage that I can mount it and get everything working before the charger is even installed.
I'll have a look at the emanage, there are a few on ebay and it looks as if I can get a loom plug in for the is200.
Sprinter - It needs an adapter plate to bolt on, but this is fairly trivial fabrication work by the looks of it, can't see it being hard work for anyone who knows what they are doing. Dave got his done as a 1 off and it didn't look that complex, there is a lot of room available to mount the charger. I'd probably have to lose the heat shield but that's no big loss really.
mattlaw If you need a place to get parts delivered to you could always get them sent to me at work, u say the drivetrain is wrecked? Why not pop to my work Tomoz an ill look it over for you?

yep, I've already found a dirt cheap low mileage engine and box. Stav recommends the gte clutch so I'll probably just use that. I will almost definitely take you up on that delivery offer though, will be in touch hopefully at the end of the month.
You guys don't have any weekend work going do you? This probably sounds sad as **** but I really miss cleaning cars.
