If you've got a grand to spend then it's no contest for me, uprated ARBs are such a good mod you've just got to get those. Even with no more engine power, you'll enjoy going round corners a lot more. Well worth it. Then spend the rest on side skirts or something like that.

The TTE red ones are very hard to get hold of, they were discontinued. Fine if you can get hold of some, but my recommendation would be either the C-Ones or the Hotchkis ARBs, whichever you can get for less (and both of which are easily available new). You'll be very pleased with either ! Budget for some possible new droplinks when you're fitting them too.

If I was you I would skip lowering springs and save up for some coilovers.

Turbo is a bit costly, think £4-5k minimum, not allowing for problems! Supercharger is amazing, thou they are very rare, I may even have one for sale in the future...
ARBs are a must IMO, sort the handling out no end, Tein coilovers are great too, but more costly, ideally, do both!

You can also get a set including springs
