One of my mates old cars (pug 306) had an advisory of "Car is lowered", I thought that was strange at the time.
Also, I've just checked to see if my Lexus had any advisories at it does have one and copied word for word it says "Under-trays fitted obscuring some underside components"
I don't doubt that it could be a photoshop, but there is a chance it could be legit.
