ive done a few bits and pices to it, just cheap stuff at the min. not got any pics of yet cause the paint is very tatty and its doing my head in.
yeah had the yaw sensor replaced cause the trc and vsc lights were on, plus two hours labour cause they couldent figure out wat was wrong using the fault codes so they manualy checked everything £611 all in ( bargin :crying

you've been bent over!!!we only get approx 1 hour to diag and replace the yaw sensor also its a comon problem so they should have know'n with out all the buggering about.

the fron of my car looks like a teenager with all the spots on it, the front lip of the bonnet just above the grill is back to the metal now and the paint on my spoiler is flaking off, its all looking a bit poor.
i thought so but scince i had no idea wat was throwing up the lights i had to get it looked at, i had plugged a obd2 reader into it but i couldnt make head nor tails of it :confused1: wont ever be going to reading toyota again lesson learned.

Seems a good price with the lip already on it but I dont really want reversing sensors if they're not going to be doing anything! :biggrin:
Hello all, If i was to buy that rear bumper that Ormi mentioned with the parking sensors already fitted is it easy to wire them up retrospectively?

snap it up if you want it those second hand are rare..
or remove the lip(screws)and sell the bumper with the sensors?
ps is a good price lip new aprox £190 inc vat then painting aprox £70-£100
can get very expensive.

you will need to buy the parking sensor kit from toyota/lexus(the kit doesn't come with the sensors)but yes very easy to wire up take a feed from reverse and earth to the body stick the beeper under a trim and plug the sensors in.job done.

10-08-2016, 05:07 AM #19I need a rear lip as my rear bumper melted where the exhaust cut out bit is back in march when I went down to london as my exhaust is slighly off centre. not sure if its just hung incorrectly or if its bent tho.
