I need to bump this again, as Matt and Paddy have once again surrendered their own time to sort me out. I now have 315mm discs and LS400 4 pot brakes installed.

Thanks chaps, as soon as I get my tax rebate I'm taking you both to the pub for a steak and some beers.

Comedy wheel stud arrangement will be fixed by tomorrow night, as I'm stopping by Fensport tomorrow for extended studs.

Brakes look awesome mate! Top work!

What's needed to this? Wouldn't mind bigger brakes myself.

you need a pair of UCF20 LS400 brakes (or UCF21 celsior in my case), then a fitting kit from figs USA. You'll need a set of LS400 315mm disks as well. If you want to fit them over original Lexus wheels, you'll need a wheel spacer too, I ended up needing a 9.5mm spacer for clearance on these rims (so I've got 65mm extended studs from Fensport as well).

edit: yes, the rear IS200 brakes are just as good as LS400 rear brakes so I left them on.

It's also worth mentioning that your car will drop 17mm, so if you don't have adjustable coilovers you will have a ride height problem.
