I havent been around much for quite a while, for personal reasons, and my Lexuseseses have served me well for over 6 years, now its time to move on, to something economical and nice, but its gonna cover more miles so I'm goin for diesel, I did consider the is220 but in my opinion it'll never be as nice as my 300, I've decided on a less obvious choice of a Saab 9-3 TiD facelifted late 2007, just waiting for the right one to come along now (150 vector sport saloon in black 70k max, with full screen nav)

Thanks to all those who have helped me with various bits and bobs over the years, there's a non jap section I will put pics on when I find my new car, but until then, I'll keep browsing quietly as I have done over the past 18 months

:-)

Watch out for the reliability issues on Saabs, the oil burners are most reliable but still prone to "issues". I would have a Saab or Volvo over anything German. In fact I am looking to get rid of the IS300 Sportcross for something a little less thirsty even for the limited miles I drive.

totally worn out and broken, shouting 'Holy ****, WHAT A RIDE!'"

I've noticed a few sellers make a point of mentioning when clutch flywheel has been changed, so I'm heading for average miles with a well documented service history, seen one or 2 already but they weren't exactly the right spec, I haven't driven one either yet
