Unfortunatly not mate........... think I have actually put on weight because I can't get to the gym due to getting thirsty while fasting and then when the fast opens you eat in one go which i not reallly good. :blushing:

lost about 1.15 stones in like the last month, which aint alot but for me, being at a fixed weight for like the last 3 years, is some progress

i actually lost weight whether thats becuase of fasting or just me not eating alot and excercing more,
lost about 1.15 stones in like the last month, which aint alot but for me, being at a fixed weight for like the last 3 years, is some progress
