The Messiah
The Messiah
This time its a 1994 Mazda Lantis 323, basicly its the same as a V6 ZXi but the import version and a few more horses under the bonnet.
it also has a few toys as well, such as climate control, electric folding mirrors and variable speed wipers.
Iv got my hands sort of cut out for me on this one but not at the same time.
It looks like a daunting task from the pictures, but i give it a good dry days worth of work.
I picked this up from an old member on the 323 club mid to late last year for a tidy sum of £300, there is a lot of history with it including the paper work of import and export.
I have everything i need for it now, well almost everything, just missing some rubber for the set of alloys i have.
i dont think mr P.C Plod will like me rocking 4 space savers.

im shocked at the state of the weld joins.
powerflow should be ashamed!
just a parcel shelf to get now and then im good to go, so much so i know this will be ready in time for japfest, well other then the paint work, that will be going black as i really cant stand this vomit green vile colour.
if it is, then im gonna be torn as to what car to bring and take around track!

Just when i think i cant be doing with another project, another lands on my lap.

The vmoit green is going to be replaced with black and ACID green
It wont be to everyones like, but im not taking this car seriously. this is my little bit of fun untill i get the new beast later on in the year, i might keep this one and use it as a daily after or just lob it in a garage.

noooo, i dont like that kit, im keeping it as is, well with the addition of the flutes and im not sure if im gonna go for a drift wing or that spoiler AH has.

Once the rain goes away I will see about these drive shafts fitting.
Hopefully they will but there's a chance they might not due to them coming off a zxi and not a lantis.
If they don't fit then back to hunting down another set.
