Supercharged Lexus IS200 SE
cheers all,
well next is a new roof coating thinking going black vinyl and then change wing mirror from carbon to black and then add in a sunstrip
hope to have that done before Jappower
also getting a new box built for the sub so it fits better
and as we speak waiting on a new LED strip for the boot so its better lit
just a little add on to the car this week, got some new wipers as mine were done and alos always thought the boot light was useless so got an led strip and wired that up to the boot light
so much brighter
also a mate gave me x2 smd white strips but not sure where to put them what do we think any ideas
I have strips under drivers and passanger door.
I have no pics, but youll get the idea. they are attached to underside of front doors and they illuminate ground when I open front doors, and they are wired to that little orange door light.
But check for clearance first, because your strips look a bit thick, but mines are really thin.
well after a mental week of trying to get the car clean in this rain we had all week i made my way down to a very wet Jappower@nationals.
got up Saturday morning to glorious sunshine so started to get the car cleaned and on the stand
also my sub decide to start not working so with a lot of help from Stav and some telling off by Rabster about my s*?t wiring we got it all working again but only after i went and brought a new amp
so instead of getting my money back we decided we would run the speakers off that one.
while doing that i fitted the 3mm spacers i got of Stav and then we fitterd the carbon rad panel on the sunday morning before a great drive home following stav up the A1
in summary an amazing weekend at the show with some great mates roll on the next one
Does look great mate, and spacers did help with the stance
Hey Pat the car is looking really good, as for the strap i've seen them installed above the pasenger head area as a replacement for the handle that is normall installed there, as for the sub where did you order the sub from?
I'm trying to find a few websites from the uk where i can do some searching for my sound setup.
