Rubber damper shown here. As you can see mine is cracked so heading for the bin. The middle did push out from the outer ring.

Hi,

I have not update my thread for a while.
Well regarding the lightweight pulley, i have left this option on the shelf for the time being.

I purchased a new set of TRD rear arms from Japan which I was going to fit soon but unfortunately a Greek idiot fell who was pulling a rubber boat fell on my car on Sunday morning and broke my front bumper and scratch the passenger door. So now it is in the Lexus garage to be repaired, which it is going to take at least a week until both insurance companies handle the problem.

Apart from this the car is still working fine with the latest setup, no problems up to now and it is ****** fast!

I am getting shortly a fail safe system from Snow Performance which protects my engine from "booom" in the case the hose snaps or the system will not work and water/meth will not be injected in the throttle. In this case the fail safe system gives a signal to the paralled ecu and the timing is reduced in order to avoid pre detonation. I found out that emanage ultimate ecu can have 2 maps. So I wil keep the aggressive map I have at the moment I will visit the mapper to input a mild map for the above situation. I will keep you update with the current project.

Ahh to bad your car got damaged. I hope it will be nicely repaired.
Failsafe sounds like a good upgrade to keep things safe.

New parts were ordered on Friday! Total damage 3300 euro!!! New bumper, right headlight, right foglight, right fender, TRD Lip, painting of all the parts plus painting of two right doors.

Regarding the failsafe system it will be ordered in September.

dimis I must have missed this in your thread but which fuel injectors are you using with your setup? have you got a part number? how much cc are these?
Do you now if the car will run with these injectors with patricks blackbox?
i know that 310 cc injectors from 2zzge engine will run with patricks blackbox.

dimis Hi, are you sure the MA70 are lightweight pulleys and the same size with the 1GFE?

I think I may have read something like that somewhere but am not 100% sure?

Confusedad: It was a tough call to make, but the Supercharged IS200 is being retired. Confusedad:

I am using injectors from Toyota Camry 2.4, they are 375cc. I am not sure if Patrick box can handle so much fuel. I am using the emanate in all my setups up to now.

Sorry no link, it was years ago. It may even be that the supra water pump pulley can be used to drive the TTE charger? That sounds familiar too. Sorry to be so vague, but was a long time ago and my memory is bad!

Ok no worries, maybe you read about the supercharger belt tensioner, supra pulley is exactly the same
