The one you suggest to do not attach on the outer frame of the door, but in the inner side where the window seals with the door frame.
there are occassions where oem altezza deflectors are sold very cheap on ebay, just have to check often.

Dimis these ones are for the outside of the doorframe? Even says on the ad the 3m tape is supplied etc. These are the same ones I bought myself
