Hi there new to this forum having only owned an is200 for a few months. The car is definitely low on power so I will be supercharging within the coming months. I am a mechanical engineer working in a very respectable engineering firm I have access to all the machinery needed to produce high quality cradles and many highly experienced welders/fabricators/machinists as collegues. I know there is alot of you needing a cradle and personally the prices to buy one are extortionate. If I am successful in reproducing ttes cradle I will create a jig and help you guys out. What im asking for is if people can give me any information they have such as dimensions and photos or possibly even someone lend me one to create a jig. Then it will help create cradles with more ease than creating one from scratch.

I knew I had some pictures somewhere. Here you go mate:

It would be extremely hard to duplicate the cradle without a jig though.

I think it will be a case of trail and error untill I can get the supercharger fitted perfectly aligned with no vibrations. After this I will create a jig so that it can be copied. I forgot to mention im in the Salisbury area (near stonehenge) if anyone has a cradle I could borrow for a couple of days.

Hi Adam

I believe if you can make pulleys then people would also be interested in them. 145mm tends to be a good size.
