from what I understand to run a 145 or 160 mm pulley you need the 1zzfe injectors and one of patricks black boxes.

CammyGrievy had the 160mm pulley on his IS200 and was pulling 235 bhp. Here his IS200 for sale on Driftworks before he sold it. https://www.driftworks.com/forum/drift-c...arged.html
Also I believe Dimitries is also running a 160mm pulley but he opted for a piggy back instead.

I used to run a 145 mm pulley with 1zzfe green injectors and patricks blackbox. This runs great no problems. But then i tried a 155 mm with the 1 zzfe injectors but that is running lean. Those are to small and cant give enough fuel.
Now i have a 155 mm pulley with 2zzge injectors 310 cc and patrick blackbox but i keep getting trouble codes that it is running too rich.
So the 1zzfe injectors and 145 mm pulley are the biggest you can run with the patrick blackbox.
You will need a piggyback ecu or something to manage the injectors.

The 2zzge injectors will run good till 4000 rpm but above they are overfueling.
And you will get trouble codes that it is running too rich

thanks for that info. have her running anyhow. made up a 140mm pully instead of the 160mm i used. car is gone away for fuel pressure reg and to be dynod

140 mm pulley is about the biggest you can safely go with the oem injectors. It will give you 0,4- 0,45 bar pressure.
The 145 mm pulley gives 0,5 bar near the rdv limit
The 155 i have pushes 0,6 bar near the rev limit. Those are just some numbers to give you an idea
