lexus is 200 tte compressor problem
lexus is 200 tte compressor problem
The wire should be loose really,
The throttle should shut and the wire only just closed
Thanks for answer!
Something like this at idle? The damper to the bypass pipe should well be completely closed for the pressure to be built up. Recordings have to be full throttle to get the power from the compressor well? Notify me please.

That looks about right. But you don't appear to have a return spring on the bypass
Edit: just noticed the spring. How worn is that? The later tte design went to a clock spring instead.
I've cut the spring so it spans more which I guess it must be?
I disconnected the cable and shut the damper to the bypass pipe but there will be no pressure so wonder if it's more trouble than cable? Will not that be pressure on the gauge when pressing accelerator to the floor, now I see only the pressure when I release the gas pedal.
Feels like original power now..
Running out of ideas: (
Compressor is broken? I bought the kit of a person in the last week.
Bought new cable and tweaked it good but had in mind that it was not the fault ...
When the return valve closes and the full throttle, I get NO charge at all. I only see that it jumps up to 0.5 bar when I RELEASES on the accelerator for a second.
Normally it should be vacuum at idle and then boost as long as I push the gas.
Could there be something wrong with the compressor and what in that case?

You should only get boost on load really. You get the spike because the throttle closes before the bypass opens.
Is the clutch engaged/ or the screw in it?
Should I not be able to see the boost pressure when I gas? : Shock:
Do you mean the clutch at the pulley for the compressor? Then I have no idea how to check it.
Can hear the air being sucked into the filter when the damper is fully open to the compressor. So, even I thought it might be something that did not really grip in there ..
I'm confused by 'damper fully open to the compressor"? The valve should shut as the throttle is opened, closing the bypass and forcing the air the charger is sucking towards the engine instead of back round
