Bandit Tyre foams great stuff matey :thumbup1:
If you get a can of Autosmart Tyre Dandy (the best i've found for doing it) and spray it on the engine, it usually comes up nice and clean with a bit of a shine to it :thumbup1:

Ok will give that a go.
Just spend a few hours waxing (Collinite again) and doing the inside & outside of windows. Removed all those little "warning" stickers that "they" put on the glass.
Your engine bay looks brilliant, Chris you have done a superb job but knowing you there will be more to do

Cheers

Bobby, warm the engine up, then turn it off and spray the tyre foam over any bits you want to clean - i.e. plastic bits and metal bits too. Leave it for a few minutes and then wipe it off

IS200 Turbo project now just about complete ! See my thread here and leave your comments.
Now running standalone Syvecs ECU and no stock ECU !

Execellent work mate. You must have hundred of hours over your engine bay. I like it a lot.

Fitted the Boost Controller the other day and turned up the boost a bit, was running at 0.5bar and now running at 0.85-0.9bar,
not a big increase but god does it shift now Confusedhock:
Totally transformed the car into a mad animal, the boost is scary and not the best for wet weather driving?
so i might take it off again soon then refit it when we get some better weather again

Very simple to fit but takes a bit of setting up, so that i dont kill the standard turbo with too much pressure?
Will probably replace it for an electronic one when i get chance so i can have it in car adjustable :thumbup1:

I've also changed the red pipes again since to the original set due to the silicone hoses closing up under pressure again,
Which were making it overboost and spike which is not very good for the turbo!
