**URGENT** Stands at Japshow **URGENT**

All members attending Japshow

recently there has been a surge of members wanting and paying for tickets to come with OJC to Japshow, we have acquired all the tickets but unfortuantly we are unable to expand our main stand behind the grandstand at the event.

We have been offered more space in the "Yellow" area of the show but are obviously reluctant to lose our main stand in the prime location we have held for many years.

To this end we ask the members to help us decide the best course of action rather than pack you all in to a space thats too small.

Please review the poll and vote according, though please we need to make decisions sooner rather than later.

Options are:

1 split stand - though this will maybe mean we loose the group enjoyment but your cars will be able to be shown better.
2 stand in the yellow area - further back and may lose our prime spot for future shows

Second set, if we choose a split stand, how do we choose who goes where?

3 Out of a hat draw - may split groups who have come together up
4 date ticket bought - first come first spot
5 member vote

Please only vote for one from 1-2 and one from 3-5

Hope the members understand were wanting the best for you all and packing you all in is not going to show your hard work off properly.

Tough call the club definitely doesn't want to loose the good spot but if we get split up and people vote for who will get in the good spot as a new member there is very little chance of getting in there with over the people who have been members for years and to be honest the only reason why I'm going is to be parked up with the club getting to know everyone and get some ideas for my car. So the people that are put in the yellow area may feel left out
