You could do some head work on it, port it, polish it, lap the valves, smooth all the sharp edges where the valve seat is cut etc. I've never had one apart to see but being a luxury car I'd imagine you could get some noticeable gains. Maybe even skim it a little to raise compression? Would take a while but it's almost free power. Plus you'd know your cylinder head is nice and the whole engine is pretty mint

Gutted man :-( anyway, gone pretty off-topic here. If your budget is decent but u really want to keep the is200 and the standard engine then supercharge as its a bit easier and less custom parts are needed. If you do decide to turbo though and need some fabrication let me know I''ll see what I can do for ya
