Absolutely, and they will, but I would have to pay them to make the drawings. That's the expensive part and the reason the pulleys are more expensive the less they make. It doesn't matter if they make one or five pulleys, the total price would be £350 in either case Smile

I work for an engineering company, im happy to 3D laser scan the pulley and create a model that could be fabricated from..

I'm just about 900 miles northeast of London, just outside Stockholm mate :tongue_smilie:

I'm afraid I can't send you the pulley as it isn't mine, but I think it would be a good idea to make them in the UK.

I have been told that a Mercedes water pump pulley is exactly the same and fits fine. £46 from any Merc dealer. You may wanna look into that before spending double that to have them made.

ad: It was a tough call to make, but the Supercharged IS200 is being retired. Confused

Ive looked into this and all the merc pulleys ive found are smaller then the 130mm and are either very deep or not deep enough ive looked at about 30 different ones to date and none I found work
