Got a show this weekend so gotta somehow pull a rabbit out the hat cos the pressure is definitely on.
Not quite. Stubs had to be cut out and remade as my ghetto purge kit wasn't quite up to it and some bits ended up undercutting and oxidizing on the inside. Welded new ones in, went to open them to round and they panicked and bulged like mad so had to cut them down. Thought I'd do the collector while I calm down a bit and turns out a collector is also very hard to make. I have 2 and a half nights left to get it fully done and so far I have a 2-1 collector cut and a flange with some oval stubs.

Going to move the battery to the boot too to free up some space so I can exit out the wing. Gonna be sweeet
To be fair the actual manifold is pretty easy It's just the collector. Got a new tool made to press the stubs into round so hopefully get those 2 bits sorted sorted with a bit of help and get to putting the manifold together.

Normally when making a manifold you would mock it all up with stuff you can move and bend easily but I don't have time so was a case of try imagine it and just make it. Took a while at first but finally ended up with this

Now I have all the primaries far enough to the point where I can bring them into eachother to fit the collector. This is where it either goes really well or horribly wrong. Fingers crossed that I'll have a full manifold this time tomorrow
