Hi guys, I'm thinking about getting a new car (sticking with a jap as they've always been reliable) but I'm not sure what to get.
Essentially, I'm just going to be peeking in on your threads to see what you guys have to say about different cars. Who knows, I may even get involved here and there.

Thanks for your help.

Hey guys, thanks for the warm welcome.

I've got about £35K to play with, although the other half will be happier if I didn't spend it all.

I'm not really set on what type of car at all. But I would quite like a car that can move when I need it to. I've currently got a 3.7 so something around that would be nice.

I'm not going to be buying one until after Christmas (if I do end up upgrading), but I thought it would be best to do the research now.

Thanks again,
M.

You are edging into actual nissan GTR money there. I've seen one or two on ebay for the mid 30k bracket.

If I had £35k, I'd go and find a second hand IS-F as they are going for sub 20k now, then spend the other 15k on a supercharger + syvecs ecu, but I like to tinker with stuff so this is probably not the best idea. Either way, the IS-F is pretty **** quick and it's an extremely nice car, you'd have plenty of change from £35k.

Edit: SERIOUSLY GUYS, IT'S 2014 AND I STILL CAN'T BLASPHEME ON THE INTERNET? D A M N

Welcome to the club! That's a good budget you have! Think I would go for something like a GTR as well.
