Here is Sarah's (my girlfriend's) old car after a nice :cursing: BMW driver decided to clip her on the motorway while she was travelling at 70mph in the right hand lane. She went in to a roll and the witnesses said she rolled the car 6 times in total!!!!!!
hock:hock:The yaris held out surprisingly well apart from the hub and suspension ripping cleanly off one corner and she only had 6 stitches in her knuckle, 4 in her head, general bruising and cuts and no broken bones!!! The fact she is alive is a miricle! She had to be cut out of the car as the door was too mangled to open! She also remembers pulling her arm back in the car with her other hand as the car was rolling over!
Some of you would of met her at JAE and this happened about 5 weeks before.
Anyway the pictures do more than i can put into words!!!!!

Didn't know where to post this but thought i would add another topic to this section.

Not yet, i have told her that everytime she mentions it i have to put it off for another 3 years as otherwise she will be expecting it. Think she's currently on about a 33 year wait:lol:

Yes, bit of a wierd one though. They spoke to Sarah and him about it and we had 7 witnessess (including a doctor and a paramedic) that all said the BMW driver was driving like a maniac. He was undertaking,speeding and cutting people up for about 3 miles before he clipped Sarah.
They said that technically she was to blame for the acident because he was in that lane first, even though he cut her up to get into that lane. So waht they have done is treat it as two seperate accounts. An accident, and him driving like a gimp! This means that they are going to do him for Dangerous driving and there is no way of him getting away with it. If it was one account then he would get off as technically its Sarah's fault, even though the police know thats not true.
It means Sarah can't sue him for damages etc but she isn't really bothered, she has a new car now and just wants to put this behind her. Needless to say she bought another Yaris! She said if she can roll it 6 times and live then she is buying another one! :laugh:
