who be up for a DynoDay at Corten-Miller
Club Dyno Days
Whether you’re in club or just want to get a group of friends together to see who has the most powerful vehicle, a dyno day is for you. Operating at weekends up to 18 cars can be tested in a day. Please view the criteria for dyno days here. Once you have read the regulations please phone to book an available date.
DYNO DAY CRITERIA
Firstly for us to run a dyno day we would require a minimum of 12 cars and a maximum of 18 to be run over the course of the day. (Maxmum output may vary depending on transmission type)
When dealing with any club we try to liaise with only the club organiser as this saves time and confusion with any information and details of the day.
The cost for a power run is £47.00 INC VAT, on a dyno day there is a special price of £35.00 INC VAT per car. This will include three back to back power runs with the best of the three runs being printed out for you to keep. This information can then be broken down into several graphs showing the various combinations i.e. Flywheel BHP over AFR, Roadwheel BHP over Torque, etc. Whilst the run is being carried out the owner of the vehicle is welcome to be in the car with the dyno operator so as all this information can be explained in more detail including possible areas of improvement.
Before the day please make sure your vehicle is in a good state of repair, check your levels, oil, water, etc. Lowered vehicles are not a problem as we have extra long ramps to cater for this. All vehicles must have road legal tyres, slicks are not permitted. Any vehicle with excessive fluid leaks (Oil, coolant, etc) will not be allowed to run on the dyno
Our dyno equipment is the best on the market providing unrivaled accuracy. With a power handling capability of 2400BHP we can run any car you would like to bring along.
Food and refreshments will be provided by way of a catering van which will be here from early morning until the end of the day. (If available at time of booking)
ok so who would be up for a start of year dyno event, get people together and enjoy a day watching everyones car on the rollers being pushed to see the power output.
