So I've decided that a turbo isn't going to be enough on my altezza and bought some itbs. However the power fc can't run that (tbh I'm not very impressed with the power fc for that price) I don't want a link g4 as they cost a fortune, same with haltec and motec. I was lookingat megasquirt but I don't think it will be very good for vvti. Looked at omex 600 too as it has a vvti feature.

I'd like the omex as its about 500 quid which isn't too bad. Anyone have any experience?

Find a tuner you are happy with, then buy an ECU they are familiar with.

Absolutely as above, I would say exactly the same. It's much better to have an excellent mapper and an average ECU than an average mapper and an excellent ECU.

That being said, and only my experience, Omex is not as widely supported as it used to be. The G4 is a lot but it's very very good so if you can stretch, do it.

I've just updated the firmware on my G4 (after about 5 years) and there's even more options available!
