the mini bypass is fine they all make that noise on the is200 setup your tensionor looks way off id say the plate way not aligned properly when made but i would still try fitting a new tensionor to check alignment

I looked at it again on its the whole charged thats off, but u think i found problem 3 bolts on charger not 4 so its kicked it out a bit and a garage put a metal plate on engine to frame to strengthen it as it was shaking probably due to the 4th bolt missing. Am fix it as the bolt was shered ane stuck in frame. But then saying this it doesnt matter if supercharger is out of line because uts the tensionr on frame that is out of line, i used ny old tensioner to realine it and its same still way off. Id prefer to get a new frame while am here to make sure, do you know anyone who makes them.

i have uploaded a picture of a new frame i found on-line and the part where tensioner goes on looks thicker which makes me think mine is poorly made as my panel is thinner and closer to frame than should be.

you would need to leave it on the car so that they could align it off the other pulleys or if you or a mate weld it wouldn't be a hard job

I loan a jig that is a direct copy of the TTE cradle it's made 12 or so DIY builds so far and I've had mine on since before JAE 2014 that was kit number 1.

U could try a washer under the corner of that tensioner to pull it straight just to see if that makes a difference
