So I finally got fed up with the "Not so bright but other people think they are brilliant" blue LEDs that I had in my dash, and relaced them with these....:w00t:

Honestly these are so much better, bright, clear, and with a more "up to date" look............strongly recommend these if you are thinking of doing your dash:thumbup:

Oh, and you don't see the 'spots' with the naked eye that appear to be in the speedo reading in the pic, that is only picked up by the camers.

That looks very nice Keith, would you say the camera shot is giving a fair impresision of the brightness ? Sometimes the camera can exaggerate the brightness when it's trying to cope with a dark subject.

Details of the LEDs ?

IS200 Turbo project now just about complete ! See my thread here and leave your comments.
Now running standalone Syvecs ECU and no stock ECU !

Steve, yes I'd say so, they are very bright, I was actually very surprised myself........or maybe I was just used to the p*xy blue ones?

Sorry I should have put up a link to the sellers (Ebay):

Here are the smaller LEDs, you need two....I needed to gentley squeeze the LED's together slighty to allow them to fit into the holes in the back of the dash:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayIS...&viewitem=

And these are the larger LED's, you need 3, these fit with no problem:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/2-X-5-LED-T10-501-....m14.l1262

As you can see by the size and shape of these LED's, they spread quite a fair bit of light around.
