I recently put new LED halos in the lexus however the lens hasn't really fitted in properly so want to redo it!
Can I put the headlight back in the oven with the LED halos still in? As the wires are coming out will they be ok?
What temp should I do it for and how long?
I was doing it at 100 in a fan oven for 1.30 mins
Just worried ill kill the new halos!

18-03-2023, 02:15 AM #2Your halos will be fine, mate. 10-15 minutes in 100-115°C should be enough to loosen up the glue and it's not near enough to hurt your LEDs. Just make sure your oven has reached the specified temperature before you bake your headlight, otherwise the heat might be a bit too intense.

I will second that as when I put my LED eyes in they went back in the oven to reseal the lights and never had a problem with all the lights workin
