dimis Tial 38mm

Mate of mine is running a 45mm Turbosmart (I think) on a 1JZ and apparently it can't get rid of it quick enough... They have suggested a 60mm! Seems mighty big to us...

It could be the position of the wastegate mate, allowing the gas flow?

It's coming out at 90 degrees to the manifold. So I can't see that being a major issue tbf. It doesn't have a external screamer pipe, so we gonna pikey weld one on, see if that makes a difference. I'll take some pictures and stick em on my thread in a bit. 1.6 bar and rising at 4600rpm lol

The chargespeed fenders are arriving next week after 3months of waiting. Also rolled the rear fenders so soon my work rims will be fitted. I also ordered this week a koyo racing radiator since my oem radiator is not adequate any more for the 2jzgte engine. For anyone who wants to buy the same radiator make sure you also get a koyo cap. All other market caps do not seal.

I also changed the spark plugs with Ngk bkr8iex. The Ngk racing spark plugs did not work well with this engine. Lastly I fitted a new vvti control valve since the old cause slugishnes at low rpm.

Have a nice holiday everybody. In September I will upload pics with all the parts I mentioned.

So, finally the chargespeed fenders arrived after waiting 3 months. Quality and finish and look good. Now need to fit them and see if any trimming is needed.
