To any and all that are going to the Japanese Performance Show at Stonleigh Park in the 21st of August, some other members and I like the idea of a convoy to the event.

All ideas welcome, would be great if we could work something out.

Me and the brother in law are coming. We are coming from the south west so maybe a services near the vdnue where people can meet?

theres not a lot nearby but the closest I can find that could work is a BP garage that has a lay by just behind it just off of junction 15 of the m40 on the Warwick Bypass/A46. its about a 15 min drive from the venue

there is also a little chef there, and depending which direction people will be coming we will have to make sure we meet on the right side of the A46

Most are coming from the south I think. I'm about an hour north. If we figure out how many are likely to join up, we can work out a location. As long as it's got a car park people can chill in for 15-30 minutes it's all good.

well the bp place I mentioned should be alright for 10-15 cars I think but it depends how busy it is as its only a little place, if it won't work there Warwick or Coventry, Warwick I know a bit of but Coventry is an unknown for me. Hopefully a few others who are going will have some ideas

Well I've just another look and there's a big tesco in Royal leaking ton spa that we could meet at, 15 min drive from the venue. Seems better than the bp place I mentioned before, it is however south of the venue
