22-07-2023, 12:10 PM #91Stav is usually still putting something major back in at 2am of the morning he's leaving at 4am to get to JAE! Then he'll break down ten miles from home, push it back, load everything into his second car and set off again. Robin will be all polished and ready the weekend before and then decide to spray a wing the night before so unpack, dismantle, spray, blow on it to dry all night, rebuild at dawn, repack, wash, polish wax, more wax, more wax, and go! Pat will be all military precision planned on the packing of the car down to the last millimetre ten weeks before, tested and retested to ensure it can be done to a minimal timescale, the two hours before leaving he will need something right in the middle at the bottom, probably glued down so he'll be throwing everything all over the town and then shoving bending twisting cramming folding generally beating everything to a pulp back in the car cos he's late! 22-07-2023, 01:29 PM #93I'm not far off at all, new ecu is in, it's all running. But there's low compression on one cylinder. And with 5 days to go till I set off I've no chance of rebuilding that!
