Quick 5 minute mod when i finished work. Changed the horrible yellow interior bulbs for some multi LED strips, not much change in terms of lighting inside, due to the diffuser cover, but at least the yellow tinge has gone.

After:
Did try out some red LED's between those two, hated it, looked like a brothel:

I think you should fit both leds with a changeover switch, just in case you want the "red light special"
The cover has a weird pattern on it for the 'reading lights', and very little space inside there. If i can take out the mounts that are in there then i might be able to squeeze them in the other way (front to back, rather than left to right)

So after a little reading, im a little calmer about this light being on, its not flashing, so its not a 'catastrophic failure'. But ive ordered a diagnostic kit, so at least i can pull the code.
Only issue is that this wont arrive for a week...so now its just a case of waiting

So...turns out i had a misfire on cylinder 2. And the spark plugs are very old by the looks of things. Considering they were only meant to have been changed in june, i would expect the element bit to be as short as it is.
Anyway, if they were changed in june (im now wondering if my oil filter and brake fluid was changed, it doesnt seem like a great garage) would it be worth getting the NGK plugs, at almost double the price of the standard bosch ones, or would it make zero difference?
