Right, im off to open my laptop and fix this **** connection, also apply some more thermal compound to my cpu and gpu to cool it better.

If i dissapear for a few days, then you'll know i knackered my laptop and cant back on, otherwise

wohooo,

Im back and got it working, the behind the power connection, there was a break in the wire, which was causing the loss of connection, got my 10 year old solder kit out and fixed it, also applied the thermal compound aswell !!!

whats next to fix

wohooo,

Im back and got it working, the behind the power connection, there was a break in the wire, which was causing the loss of connection, got my 10 year old solder kit out and fixed it, also applied the thermal compound aswell !!!

whats next to fix

not too sure, just went to my local computer shop and asked and it cost me 1.99, so proball some cheap stuff, my laptop kept crashing when playing games cause overheats, just been playing and its not crashed !

best one to use is arctic silver. did u clean off the old compound first and then prep the heatsink?? i hope so...
