I think that most of them aren't compatible with VVT-i, so you should be ok.

I could be wrong, but I *think* that those with the higher number are the ones that'll give the biggest power increase but also the biggest compromise in driveability (i.e. might look impressive on a dyno graph but not feel as fun to drive).

I am of the same opinion of Steve with meanings. I think having non-vvti is good for replacement camshafts as the vvti sometimes ahs problems adjusting, although have seen the 2JZ vvti with 272 cams in, increasing a turbo car by 50bhp, so they said!!

i havent yet decided what cams to go for but the funds for that have been spent for a gearbox. my cousin had a mk3 supra for drifting and crashed it. it still working and drives fines. few days ago he had a look at the gearbox and it was a R154 gearbox so i bought the whole car off him for £450.
