I fill up at BP with ultimate unleaded which works out at about £79 for a full tank and that lasts me 5-6 days (not sure how many miles).
Whats your stats?
Ok guys I was just wondering how much do you fill up everytime and how long does a full tank last for you on averag??

Lexusboy A full Tank on the norm last me around 10 days
lucky you! im really unimpressed by the mpg of the is200 auto...realllllly unimpressed! sometimes i can go out to town for shopping which is 2.5 miles there and 2.5 back and then i come back and the gauge is down by 2 lines....id hate to see what something like an r35 or m3 drinks....

I've recently started doing a lot more mileage and the IS200 is not good for that! Careful driving has seen up to 27mpg though which isn't horrendous - it's about 380 miles off about £72 of V Power. Trying to see if I can crack 400 miles out of a tank...........
But have been thinking that a hybrid (or god forbid even a diesel) might make sense........

iLLzLex am i right in saying that driving with the ect pwr mode on is a cause of excess fuel consumption? by that i mean normal driving...ie calm without flooring it ( i know that ect pwr only truly works when you floor it)
I find that I get better economy with the ECT PWR on - may sound odd but that's the way I've seen it. I think snow mode actually makes it worse, as it feels like it uses more engine braking.

A bit OTT but I think everyone gets the picture that a 4.3 litre V8 and fuel economy don't go hand in hand.
I average about 350 miles per tank if I drive my LS like a district nurse. This works out roughly about 22 mpg, on a good day, going down hill, with the wind behind me, and no ac, and tyres inflated to 80psi.
A bit OTT but I think everyone gets the picture that a 4.3 litre V8 and fuel economy don't go hand in hand.
